We are absolutely delighted with our new Rotpunkt kitchen, The designer, Helena, listened carefully to what we wanted and created a layout that is both beautiful and practical. The installers, Steve and Dimitri, have excellent workmanship, with great attention to detail throughout the project. Everything was completed to a very high standard and the whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. This is not a place where you get handed over from designer to installer with no communication between all parties. Helena is there every step of the way to ensure everything goes to plan. She even attends the delivery to check that the inventory is correct. I would highly recommend Zen Kuchen to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen transformation with the benefit of a fantastic team.

When we moved house last October there was already a Zen kitchen in place but we wanted additional storage. We contacted Helena who was happy to come to the house and go through some options building on her original design. Helena and Steve the fitter provided great/timely communication and the standard of work is excellent. We are thrilled with the additions and cannot thank Zen enough for taking on what was a rather small project for them and getting the job done fast. Thank you very much.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We waited years to renovate our kitchen after PTSD from a prior renovation. Had we known how well the process would go, we would have done it so much sooner. Really, from start to finish, the process was easy. Not only did we feel like we got the design (thank you Helena and Sally) we were looking for, but the installation was seamless (Steve!). We were away for most of the construction and installation and Steve called us to keep us updated and for any little consultation. I've never felt so comfortable handing my keys over to someone. And after the installation when there was a flaw in one of the units (and all money had been transferred), there was no pushback, no delay. Steve and Helena were in to inspect the unit, order the new piece, and install it ASAP. I would whole-heartedly recommend ZenKuchen to anyone (and have, in fact). So wonderful to have this business in Richmond. Now, if only they did bathrooms!

Helena did an amazing job designing our kitchen. Due to the size we didn’t think it was possible to fit an island into the space but she worked some magic! Steve was fantastic too. We are so happy with the end result.
